User Accounts
Account Creation
Provide accurate information when requesting panel access. You are fully responsible for the activities generated by sub-accounts created under your reseller panel.
Account Security

Panel Abuse
Resellers must monitor their downlines. Generating abusive API calls or sharing administrative keys may result in panel suspension.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate software access for accounts that violate these terms, attempt to hack the infrastructure, or engage in payment fraud.
Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
Use of our software panel to manage client lines, monitor network stability, and process credits.
Prohibited Activities
No DDoS attacks against the panel, malicious API flooding, reverse-engineering of our management software, or payment fraud.
Content Restrictions

Payment & Billing
Credit Packages
Panel credits are purchased upfront. Credits do not expire unless the account remains entirely inactive for over 12 months.
Payment Processing
We utilize secure third-party and decentralized payment gateways. We never store raw financial data.
Pricing Adjustments
Credit pricing is subject to change based on server infrastructure costs. Active resellers will receive 30 days notice.
Refunds
Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exact conditions.
Privacy & Data
Your Privacy
We protect your personal information and collect only what is necessary to route the software infrastructure securely.
Data Collection
We collect account details and bandwidth metrics. We never sell or expose your reseller network structure.
Data Usage
Used exclusively for panel delivery and load balancing. Server logs are routinely purged.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights

Content Rights
