Copyright Intermediary Policy

IPTV Reseller List respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with applicable intermediary liability laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Although we are solely a software provider, we take copyright concerns seriously and will disable API routing access to specifically flagged network nodes upon receiving valid legal notices.

Critical Intermediary Notice

IPTV Reseller List does NOT host, upload, record, broadcast, or distribute any copyrighted media files on our servers.

We merely supply the reseller management dashboard and API infrastructure. We do not have the technical capability to delete files from the internet, as they reside on external third-party origin servers. However, we will null-route the specific external connection strings within our panel if legally required.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that any network node routed through our software interface infringes your rights, you may submit a formal takedown request to our abuse department.
